🍁సర్వీస్ రూల్స్ కేసు🍁

👉హైకోర్టు ఉపాధ్యాయుల ఏకీకృత సర్వీసు రూల్సు చట్టవిరుధ్దమని తీర్పునిచ్చింది. ప్రభుత్వ ఉపాధ్యాయుల పిటీషన్ను అనుమతిస్తూ రాష్ట్రపతి ఉత్తర్వుల సవరణ సరికాదన్నది.

🍁నేడు హైకోర్టులో ఏకీకృత సర్వీసు రూల్స్ పై వచ్చిన జడ్జిమెంట్ కి ముఖ్య కారణం🍁

👉ఏకీకృత సర్వీస్ రూల్స్ కేంద్ర హోం శాఖ నుండి డైరెక్ట్ గా రాష్ట్రపతికి వెళ్లి రాష్ట్రపతి ఉత్తర్వులు కాకుండా, పార్లమెంట్ కు వెళ్లి 2/3 మెజారిటీతో పార్లమెంటు ఆమోదం పొంది తర్వాత రాష్ట్రపతి ఉత్తర్వులు వచ్చి  ఉండాలి అని జడ్జిమెంట్ అభిప్రాయం.

👉ఆ అభిప్రాయంతోనే నేడు పంచాయతీరాజ్ టీచర్లకు ఉత్తర్వులు చెల్లవని తీర్పు ఇచ్చారు.

 🍁ఏకీకృత సర్వీసుల కేసుపై హైకోర్టు తీర్పు సారాంశము:🍁

👉1. ఏ విధంగా చూసినా ఒక స్థానిక సంస్థను ప్రభుత్వ యాజమాన్యంలో కలపడం పూర్తిగా రాజ్యాంగ విరుద్ధం.

👉2. Presidential Gazette లో పూర్వపు తేదీ నుండి రెండు యాజమాన్యాలను కలపాలనే ఉత్తర్వులు ఒక Game Plan అంటూనే...దీనిని ఏ కోర్టు కూడా సమర్ధించదు అంటూ Honorable High Court తీవ్ర వ్యాఖ్య చేసింది.

👉3. Presidential Order is set aside...అంటూ Honorable High Court ...TS &AP రాష్ట్రాలలో మునుపెన్నడూ లేని...రాని... చారిత్రాత్మక తీర్పు వెలువరించింది...

1. On your Internet Browser, type the website address www.bseap.org, press ENTER button and you will see the BSE Andhra Pradesh Web Portal screen displayed on the computer screen.  @🇸​🇷​🇪​🇪​🇳​🇮​🇻​🇦​🇸​🇮​🇳​🇫​🇴​@

2. Click on “NMMS Online-Application” link marked in red color. Then you will see the DGE Andhra Pradesh, NMMS Portal.

3. Type UDISE School Code as User Name and Password and click on Login Button. Then you will see the AP NMMS Exam Online Application.

4. Fill all the fields accurately. Upload the scanned copy of the candidate photo with signature by clicking on the BROWSE button. After completion of the filling up of application, click on SUBMIT APPLICATION button.

5. After completion of uploading all the applications of your school, click on REPORT tab.

6. Click on PDF symbol.   @🇸​🇷​🇪​🇪​🇳​🇮​🇻​🇦​🇸​🇮​🇳​🇫​🇴​@

7. Click on Printer Symbol to get a printed nominal roll.

8. Pay examination fee in the shape of consolidated Demand Draft in case of more than one candidate and write the candidates’ names on a separate paper and attach to the printed nominal roll for future verification of this office.

9. After getting Demand Draft for the uploaded candidates, Click on DD Details tab.

10. Click on “Click here to Add DD Details”.

11. Fill the Demand Draft Details and click on “Save” Button.

12. Submit the Printed Nominal Roll and Demand Drafts and relevant documents in your concerned District Educational Officer’s Office.

13. Nominal Roll should be verified by the Head Master thoroughly and should be signed by him for authentication.

14. Head Master himself is only responsible for any mistakes occurred in filling of application form.

👉Rule 3(a):-
ఏ ఉద్యోగియైన దేశ భద్రతకు, రాష్ట్ర భద్రతకు ముప్పు కలిగించే ఉద్దేశ్యం గల సంస్థలతో సంబంధాలు కలిగిన సభ్యునిగా ఉండకూడదు.

👉Rule 3(b):-
విధి నిర్వాహణలో గాని ఇతరత్రా గాని ప్రజలతో సమంజసమైన రీతిలో ప్రవర్తించాలి.అసభ్యంగా ప్రవర్తించకూడదు.తనకు కేటాయించిన పనిని దురుద్దేశ్యంతో గాని మరి ఇతరత్రా కారణాల వల్లగాని, అదేపనిగా ఆలస్యం చేయకూడదు.

👉Rule 3(c):-
ఏ ఉద్యోగియైన సరే తన విధినిర్వాహణలో ఉద్యోగినుల విషయంలో మర్యాద పూర్వకంగా ప్రవర్తించాలి. అమర్యాద పూర్వకంగా గాని, అసభ్యంగా గాని ప్రవర్తించకూడదు.అదే విధంగా లైంగిక వేధింపులు గురి చేయకూడదు.

👉Rule 4:-
ఏ ఉద్యోగి కూడా సమ్మెలు,తదితర రెచ్చగొట్టే కార్యక్రమాలలో పాల్గొనకూడదు.

👉Rule 5:-
రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ ప్రయోజనాలకు భంగం కలిగించే ప్రదర్శనల (Demonstrations) లో పాల్గొనకూడదు.

👉Rule 7:-
ప్రభుత్వ పూర్వానుమతి లేనిదే ఏ కార్యక్రమానికైనా చందాలు వసూలు చేయటం కాని తీసుకొనటం కాని చేయకూడదు.

👉Rule 10:-
ఏ ఉద్యోగస్థుడు కూడా ప్రయివేటు వ్యాపారములు తదితరములు చేయకూడదు.ప్రత్యక్షంగా గాని, పరోక్షంగా గాని అట్టి పనులు చేయకూడదు. అదే విధంగా భీమా ఏజెంటు గా గాని, కమిషన్ ఎజెంటు గా గాని పనిచేయకూడదు.

👉Rule 11:-
ఏ ఉద్యోగస్థుడు కూడా  వ్యక్తిగత హోదాలో బ్యాంకులు గాని, రిజిస్టర్డు కంపెనీలు గాని పెంచి పోషించకూడదు. కాని సామాజిక సేవా దృక్పధంతో రిజిస్టర్డు కాబడిన సహకార సంస్థల కార్యకలాపాలలో పాలు పంచుకోవచ్చును.

👉LIC Housing Recruitment 2018 Notification to fill 300 vacancies for the post of Assistant, Associate and Assistant Manager in various States and UTs has been released on the official website of the LIC Housing Finance Limited - lichousing.com.

👉The recruitment for the post of Assistant and Associate is on probation period of 6 months and for the post of Assistant manager the selected candidates will need to undergo a training period of 1 year before going on a probation period of 1 year.

👉The application process for the recruitment for the above posts will commence from 21st August 2018 and interested candidates must apply online on or before 6th September 2018.

 🍁ఏ కార్డుకు లిమిట్ ఎంత ఉంటుందో తెలుసుకోండి..!🍁

👉మన దేశంలోని ప్రభుత్వ లేదా ప్రైవేటు రంగానికి చెందిన బ్యాంకులు ఏవైనా వివిధ రకాల డెబిట్, ఏటీఎం కార్డులను తమ‌ కస్టమర్లకు అందిస్తాయని తెలిసిందే. వాటి ద్వారా వినియోగదారులకు అందే బెనిఫిట్స్ వేర్వేరుగా ఉంటాయి. అలాగే ఎస్‌బీఐ కూడా తన కస్టమర్లకు ఇచ్చే భిన్న రకాల ఏటీఎం, డెబిట్ కార్డులకు కూడా రోజువారీ విత్ డ్రాయల్, పర్చేస్, స్వైపింగ్‌ లిమిట్స్ వేర్వేరుగా ఉన్నాయి. వాటి గురించి ఇప్పుడు తెలుసుకుందాం.

🍁ఎస్‌బీఐ క్లాసిక్ డెబిట్ కమ్ ఏటీఎం కార్డు🍁

👉ఈ కార్డు వాడే వారికి రోజు వారీ క్యాష్ విత్ డ్రాయల్ లిమిట్ గరిష్టంగా రూ.40వేల వరకు ప్రస్తుతం అందుబాటులో ఉంది. ఈ కార్డు హోల్డర్లు ఈ-కామర్స్ లేదా పాయింట్ ఆఫ్ సేల్ మిషన్, ఆన్‌లైన్ ద్వారా కొనుగోళ్లు, బిల్లు చెల్లింపులు జరిపితే ఈ లిమిట్ రూ.50వేల వరకు ఉంది.

👉ఈరోజు విడుదల అయిన మెడికల్ రీఎంబర్స్ మెంట్ మార్గదర్శకాలు

👉ది.01/04/2018 నుండి ది.31/07/2018 వరకు CGHS (Central Govt Health Scheme) రేట్ల ఆధారంగా మెడికల్ రీఎంబర్స్ మెంట్ బిల్లుల చెల్లింపు చేస్తారు.

👉ది.01/08/2018 నుండి ది.31/12/2018 వరకు EHS ప్యాకేజ్ రేట్ల ఆధారంగా మెడికల్ రీఎంబర్స్ మెంట్ బిల్లులు చెల్లింపు చేస్తారు.
ది.01/08/2018 వ తేదీ నుండి EHS లో ఉన్న 204 జబ్బులకు మెడికల్ రీఎంబర్స్ మెంట్ వర్తించదు. మిగిలిన 1685 జబ్బులకు వర్తిస్తుంది.

👉అంటూ శ్రీ వరలక్ష్మీ వ్రతం నాడు శ్రీ మహాలక్ష్మిని ధ్యానించిన వారికి సుఖసంతోషాలు చేకూరుతాయని పురోహితులు అంటున్నారు. మహిమాన్వితమైన "శ్రీ వరలక్ష్మీ" వ్రత పుణ్యదినాన సూర్యోదయానికి ముందే లేచి (ఐదుగంటలకు), అభ్యంగన స్నానమాచరించి, నూతన వస్త్ర ధారణ చేయాలి.

👉ఒక కొబ్బరికాయను తీసుకుని దానికి "శ్రీ వరలక్ష్మీ" రూపు ప్రతిబింబించేటట్లు పసుపు ముద్దతో కనులు, ముక్కు, చెవులు మున్నగునవి తీర్చిదిద్దుకోవాలి. కుంకుమ, కనులకు కాటుకలను అమర్చి ఆ రూపును కలశపై ఉంచుకోవాలి.

👉ఆ తర్వాత ఆకుపచ్చని చీరతో కూర్చున్న లక్ష్మీదేవి ఫోటోను గానీ, ప్రతిమ (వీలైతే వెండిది)ను గానీ పసుపు కుంకుమలతో అలంకరించుకుని పూజకు సిద్ధం సుకోవాలి. పూజకు ఎర్రటి అక్షింతలు, పద్మములు, ఎర్రటి కలువ పువ్వులు, గులాబి పువ్వులు, నైవేద్యమునకు బొంబాయి రవ్వతో కేసరి బాత్, రవ్వలడ్డులు, జామకాయలు వంటివి సిద్ధం చేసుకోవాలి. పూజగదిలో రెండు వెండి దీపాలలో ఆరేసి ఆరేసి మొత్తం 12 తామర వత్తులతో నేతితో దీపమెలిగించాలి.

👉ఇకపోతే.. సాయంత్రం ఆరుగంటల నుంచి పూజను ప్రారంభించాలి. నుదుట కుంకుమ బొట్టు పెట్టుకుని, మెడలో తామర మాల ధరించి పూజను ఆరంభించాలి. శ్రీ లక్ష్మి సహస్రనామము, వరలక్ష్మీ వ్రత కథ పారాయణ చేసి, "ఓం మహాలక్ష్మీదేవ్యై నమః" అనే మంత్రాన్ని 108 సార్లు జపించాలి. వీలైతే లక్ష్మీ అష్టోత్తరము, మహాలక్ష్మి అష్టకములను పఠించి, తదనంతరం నైవేద్యములను సమర్పించుకుని దేవదేవికి దీపారాధన చేయాలి.

👉పూజ పూర్తయిన తర్వాత ఇరుగు పొరుగు ముత్తైదువులను పిలుచుకుని దక్షిణ తాంబూలాలు ఇచ్చుకోవాలి. స్త్రీలకు తాంబూలముతో పాటు వరలక్ష్మీ వ్రత పుస్తకాలను కూడా అందజేయాలి.

👉వరలక్ష్మీ వ్రత పర్వదినమున అష్టలక్ష్మీ దేవాలయములతో పాటు లక్ష్మీదేవీ ఆలయాలను దర్శించుకుంటే కోటి జన్మల పుణ్యఫలం లభిస్తుందని పురోహితులు అంటున్నారు. ఇంకా దేవాలయాల్లో శ్రీ లక్ష్మీ కుంకుమ పూజ, శ్రీ లక్ష్మీ అష్టోత్తరనామ పూజలు, పంచామృతములతో అభిషేకం చేయించడం సకల భోగభాగ్యాలను ప్రసాదిస్తుంది.

👉శుక్రవారం పూటే వచ్చిన శ్రీ వరలక్ష్మీ వ్రత దినాన నిష్టతో లక్ష్మిదేవిని పూజించే వారికి అష్టైశ్వర్యాలు సిద్ధిస్తాయని పురోహితులు అంటున్నారు. ఆ రోజున స్త్రీలు వరలక్ష్మి భక్తి శ్రద్ధలతో ప్రార్థిస్తే దీర్ఘసుమంగళీ ప్రాప్తం చేకూరుతుందని విశ్వాసం.

వరలక్ష్మీవ్రతం పిడిఎఫ్  కొరకు..ఉంచి ఆ పీటపై నూతన వస్త్రము పరచి, బియ్యము పోసి, దానిపై అలంకరించిన కలశచెంబును ఉంచాలి.

👉ఒక కొబ్బరికాయను తీసుకుని దానికి "శ్రీ వరలక్ష్మీ" రూపు ప్రతిబింబించేటట్లు పసుపు ముద్దతో కనులు, ముక్కు, చెవులు మున్నగునవి తీర్చిదిద్దుకోవాలి. కుంకుమ, కనులకు కాటుకలను అమర్చి ఆ రూపును కలశపై ఉంచుకోవాలి.

👉ఆ తర్వాత ఆకుపచ్చని చీరతో కూర్చున్న లక్ష్మీదేవి ఫోటోను గానీ, ప్రతిమ (వీలైతే వెండిది)ను గానీ పసుపు కుంకుమలతో అలంకరించుకుని పూజకు సిద్ధం సుకోవాలి. పూజకు ఎర్రటి అక్షింతలు, పద్మములు, ఎర్రటి కలువ పువ్వులు, గులాబి పువ్వులు, నైవేద్యమునకు బొంబాయి రవ్వతో కేసరి బాత్, రవ్వలడ్డులు, జామకాయలు వంటివి సిద్ధం చేసుకోవాలి. పూజగదిలో రెండు వెండి దీపాలలో ఆరేసి ఆరేసి మొత్తం 12 తామర వత్తులతో నేతితో దీపమెలిగించాలి.

👉ఇకపోతే.. సాయంత్రం ఆరుగంటల నుంచి పూజను ప్రారంభించాలి. నుదుట కుంకుమ బొట్టు పెట్టుకుని, మెడలో తామర మాల ధరించి పూజను ఆరంభించాలి. శ్రీ లక్ష్మి సహస్రనామము, వరలక్ష్మీ వ్రత కథ పారాయణ చేసి, "ఓం మహాలక్ష్మీదేవ్యై నమః" అనే మంత్రాన్ని 108 సార్లు జపించాలి. వీలైతే లక్ష్మీ అష్టోత్తరము, మహాలక్ష్మి అష్టకములను పఠించి, తదనంతరం నైవేద్యములను సమర్పించుకుని దేవదేవికి దీపారాధన చేయాలి.

👉పూజ పూర్తయిన తర్వాత ఇరుగు పొరుగు ముత్తైదువులను పిలుచుకుని దక్షిణ తాంబూలాలు ఇచ్చుకోవాలి. స్త్రీలకు తాంబూలముతో పాటు వరలక్ష్మీ వ్రత పుస్తకాలను కూడా అందజేయాలి.

👉ప్రతి DDO తప్పకుండా 2017-18 సంవత్సరానికి గాను TDS తప్పకుండా చేయాలని IT Department వారు directions ఇచ్చారు. లేకపోతే రోజుకు 200 రూపాయల fine ను DDO కట్టవలసి ఉంటుంది.  ఇతర ప్రాంతాల్లో DDO లు చాలా వరకు efiling ద్వారా TDS చేసారు.

👉1. మనము Feb 2018 వేతన బిల్లు నందు IT ని మినాహాయించనాము. కొంత మంది DDO లు కొంత మందికి ప్రతి నెల IT ని మినాహాయించి బిల్లు చేస్తున్నారు. తదుపరి treasury వారు DDO  TAN వారిగా గంప గుత్తగా IT వారికి పంపడం జరుగుతుంది. కానీ ఎవరెవరు ఎంత IT కట్టారో IT depart వారికి తెలియదు.

👉2. తరువాత ప్రతి DDO తాన TAN ద్వారా తన ఉద్యోగుల IT ని PAN వారిగా TDS చేయాలి. ప్రతి DDO TDS చేయడం mandatory.  దీని ద్వారా ప్రతి ఉద్యోగి PAN వారిగా ఎంత కట్టారో efiling IT వారికి చేరుతుంది.

👉3. ఆ తరువాత  ప్రతి ఒక్కరు  వ్యక్తిగతముగా

1. Form No 16,
2. PAN & Aadhar Xerox
3. Bank Acount no, IFSC Code, Phone No
లతో efiling చేయించుకోవాలి.
